Therapeutic Approaches

Finding the right path to emotional well-being is a personal journey. I offer a compassionate space where we can explore your challenges together, using evidence-based methods tailored to your unique needs. I use two approaches these are:

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy helps us understand how past experiences and unconscious patterns influence current feelings and relationships. Bringing these to light, creates lasting change through self-awareness.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a practical, goal-oriented approach focused on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions. Working together we can identify unhelpful patterns and develop effective strategies for managing anxiety and stress in daily life.

Supporting approaches

Other evidence-based approaches I draw upon to support our work, include Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp). This integration will  allows us to address your wellbeing from multiple perspectives.
